Rakuten Group’s Rakuten Card, Rakuten Bank, and Rakuten Securities announced that the 3 companies will hold the group’s first FinTech involved campaign named “楽天金融祭り(Rakuten Financial Festival)” from November 13 to January 15, 2016. They kicked off this campaign is run in time for winter bonus season.
When entry users of Rakuten Card, Rakuten Bank, and Rakuten Securities meet the requirement of the campaign, Rakuten will give the users Rakuten Super Points up to twentyfold which can be utilized for shopping at Rakuten Ichiba, Japan’s largest internet shopping mall.
Rakuten group offers financial online services where users can amass Rakuten Super Points. Due to the Rakuten ecosystem that connects Rakuten services via the points reward system, in addition to its EC service and contents service, the group’s FinTech field such as credit card, bank, and securities has been growing as one of the group’s leading power services.
Rakuten aims to encourage Rakuten members to use the group’s services with fun and convenient experiences for saving, investment and shopping through this campaign.
