SBI Group’s SBI Sumishin Net Bank won the first place in “Oricon Customer satisfaction ranking 2016 Internet Bank category, announced on June 1, 2016. The bank was chosen as No1 for the 6th time and 3 consecutive years at the ranking.
The survey taken by oricon Inc. was conducted on 5,623 people who have used internet banks’ services within the past 5 years, regarding 8 internet banks. The sections in “Internet Bank” that SBI Sumishin Net Bank ranked first were “Deposit interest-rate”, “Fee”, “Procedure”, and “Usability”. The bank was also selected as No.1 internet bank among age groups of 30’s and over 50 and areas of Kanto, Hokkaido/Tohoku, Chubu/Hokuriku, and Chugoku/Shikoku.
Since the bank’s launch in September, 2007, the bank has been making efforts to provide attractive and convenient products and services 24/7 to meet diverse customer needs. In January this year, the bank started to offer Visa Debit Card to the customers.
