Many financial companies see evaluations by third-party research organizations as a very effective factor to promote themselves. Recently, Nomura Securities has just announced that the company received the first prize of Japan Investors Satisfaction Study 2015 for 4 years in a row.
SBI Sumishin NetBank is also one of the highly evaluated financial firms in Japan. The second JCSI (Japanese Customer Satisfaction Index) in 2015 conducted by Service Productivity & Innovation for Growth (SPRING) shows SBI Sumishin NetBank made the best marks in the banking category and the bank won the first prize for the 7th consecutive year. In addition to that, the bank got the best score for all the items; customer satisfaction, expectation for the company and brand, quality evaluation, cost-effectiveness, recommendation, and brand loyalty.
According to the press release, since SBI sumishin NetBank started its operation, it has been focusing on delivering the most user-friendly and attractive product and services 24/7 as an internet full banking. As the internet bank continues to offer competitive products in a low-cost operation, it believes that these efforts lead to the No.1.
SPRING has developed the Japan Customer Satisfaction Index (JCSI) and started to disclose the result since 2009. This survey is considered as the largest research for customer satisfaction in Japan with more than 120,000 respondents. This survey can deliver cross-industrial analysis and comparison among over 400 companies from about 30 industries.
