Japanese FinTech company, Moneytree formed business alliances with 2 startups, CROWD CAST and Make Leaps. Through this agreement, the 2 startups become official partner of MT LINK, Moneytree’s proprietary financial infrastructure service. Moneytree launched a personal financial management app for iPhone, moneytree, in April, 2013.
CROWD CAST provides a cloud-based personal accounting service, Staple, and Make Leaps offers an online quoting and invoicing software. Both promising startups in FinTech field have been getting much attention. This partnership aims to improve their customer satisfaction.
MT LINK is a cloud service to aggregate financial data from about 2,400 companies including banks, credit cards, electric money, and shopping points. It enables users to manage their accounting data in one place.
On February 22, Moneytree has just announced that MT LINK will be introduced to Japanese mega bank, Mizuho Bank’s app. With the latest business alliances, MT LINK has currently 9 official partner companies. Moneytree plans to provide MT LINK platform for various companies regardless of organization's size and industry.
In addition to the announcement of new partnership, Moneytree also revealed that moneytree for institutional accounts, which users used to access via only application, started to support online browsing with both Windows and Mac. Moneytree explained that the company is the first in the industry allowing universal access to institutional account.
