SBI Holdings’ SBI Securities announced that the securities firm received the best award “the Chairman’s award” at the 19th Call Center Contest held by Japan Telegraph and Telephone User Association.

The Call Center Contest aims to improve skills of call center by experts evaluating the companies and is held every year. Without previous notice, the specialized staff calls offices which entered the contest as a customer. Conversation between the staff and call center is recorded and the recorded one is evaluated and rated by 5 experts. Only one company can receive the best award “the Chairman Award”, and the second prize “The Director Award” goes to 3 companies followed by “Outstanding Performance Award” which 16 companies receive.

In the 19th Call Center Contest, SBI Securities becomes the top company in 469 entries. The company attains the best prize for the second consecutive year and is awarded at the same contest for six consecutive years. As the company receives the Outstanding Performance Award or higher for the third year in a row, the company is certified as “Silver-ranked Enterprise”.

In addition to that, SBI Securities has won “the Best People Award” at “Contact Center Award 2015” for 5 years in a row. Furthermore, it has received the top rating of three stars at Call Center Rating for the sixth consecutive year.
