MONEY PARTNERS GROUP, which is comprised of MONEY PARTNERS CO., LTD. which is engaged in Forex Trading business and MONEY PARTNERS SOLUTIONS CO., LTD. which is engaged in Financial System Development business, announced that the group and US-based Payward Inc. & its Japan subsidiary Payward Japan reached a basic agreement on business tie-up regarding bitcoin transaction on July 16.

Payward Inc. operates bitcoin exchange called “Kraken” which started its beta version on May 2013. Kraken was named one of bitcoin’s most important companies on August the same year.

Under this agreement, MONEY PARTNERS GROUP and Payward will discuss business cooperation for establishing bitcoin service such as settlement and bitcoin derivative trading.
