The largest bitcoin blickchain company in Japan, bitFlyer released a exchange service (β) for another popular cryptocurrency, Ethereum. The new service is only available for qualified customers at bitFlyer.

By the launch of the service, the customers are able to trade bitcoin and Ethereum through bitFlyer Lightning, a bitcoin exchange for professionals.

The current aggregate value of Ethereum is about 83 billion JPY as of April 9, 2016. Ethereum has the second largest value next to bitcoin which has about 700 billion JPY. As the total value of all cryptocurrencies reaches 864 billion JPY, bitcoin and Ethereum account for 90% of the industry.
