Rakuten Securities announced that the company will start to deliver video news "Rakuten Securities Market News" from April 4, 2016. The new service will broadcast 2-minutes prompt report from TSE Arrows after the morning and afternoon sessions.

The TSE Arrows located in Tokyo Stock Exchange is an Arrowhead trading facility which was designed to enhance the exchange between investors and listed companies.

Rakuten Securities provides their market commentary on the video news twice a day; at 12pm after the morning session and at16pm after the afternoon session from Monday to Friday. Users can watch the videos via web, and its trading platforms MARKETSPEED and iSPEED. Those video are also available on demand.

The company deliveries those commentary videos on YouTube STOCK VOICE TV by partnering with STOCK VOICE.
